Q: How much does it cost to post an ad?
Q: When I try to login I receive an error saying my username is not activated.
A: When you register at RaceOasis we require that you provide us with a valid email address that we send a validation email to. Check your email to see if you have receieved this email. If you have not received this email or have and have already gone through the validation process please contact us and we will activate your account for you.
Q: My username is active but I receive an error saying my password is invalid when I try to login.
A: First, make sure you are typing your password correctly as it is case-sensitive. If you cannot remember your password, you can use our Forgot Password form to send a new password to your email address.
Q: I receive no errors when trying to login but am just redirected to the main page and it does not log me in.
A: Clear the cookies on your browser. If you are unsure how to do this view the help for whatever browser you are using.
